Conditions of Purchase and Money Back Guarantee

Please read this brief guide to the terms and conditions of staying at B+B DiTrinidad, and the terms and conditions for the usage of this internet site. Please allow up to 2 hours notice prior to your expected arrival for online bookings to be processed.

  • The right of admission is reserved. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse a Client, Guest or representative entry and accommodation if, on arrival, management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of drink or drugs, is unsuitably dressed or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.
  • It is the policy of the B&B DiTrinidad not to discriminate on the grounds of race, colour, nationality, religion, sex, marital status, age, ethnic origin or disability.
  • Once you have accepted the offer of accommodation, you are irrevocably agreeing to our terms and conditions that the full amount is payable.
  • No refunds will be made in the case of a cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to arrival – or a non-arrival – or a late arrival – or early departure – unless we are able to re-let the accommodation. A cancellation fee may apply.
  • Rooms are subject to availability.
  • Rates are quoted on a per person per night basis.
  • Rates are quoted on a Bed and Breakfast basis unless otherwise stated.
  • Check-in is between 4.30pm and 6.30pm. Earlier or later arrivals may be requested.
  • Check out is 10.30am, unless with prior arrangement.
  • All our suites are non-smoking. Seating and ashtrays are provided outside each suite on the backyard garden.
  • All facilities used are at the sole risk of the guests.
  • Please confirm that you have read and accepted the above terms & conditions.

About Payment

Settlement of the bill in full, less any advance payments, must be made prior to departure from the Hotel.

  • Upon arrival, the Hotel reserves the right to request payment.
  • All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Personal cheques are not accepted. Company cheques are not accepted without prior clearance. Accounts may only be forwarded for payment on completion by the Client and formal acceptance by the Hotel of an application for credit facilities, which may be withdrawn at any time. Credit facilities are not offered to private individuals.
  • Currencies for cash payment accepted are CUC, Euro, USD.
  • All sums are due for payment on presentation of the invoice. In the event of any query relating to the invoice, the Client must notify the Hotel within 7 days of the invoice date and the Client's obligation to pay all outstanding balances immediately will not be affected.
  • 50% payments done online must be completed upon arrival at our place, in order to complete the reservation.


We recommend that your password should be at least 6 characters long and should be different from your username.

Your e-mail address must be valid. We use e-mail for communication purposes (order notifications, etc). Therefore, it is essential to provide a valid e-mail address to be able to use our services correctly.
